End Users License Agreement

Copyright violations such as sending this workshop to someone else will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This workshop is electronically monitored.

Notice To User: Please read this contract carefully. By using all or any portion of the educational materials you accept all the terms and conditions

of this agreement, including, in particular the limitations on: Use contained in section 2 & 3; Transferability in section 4; Return Policy in section 5;

Liability in section 9. You agree that this agreement is enforceable like any negotiated agreement signed by you. If you do not agree, do not

use these educational materials.

1. Definitions. “Educational Materials” means (a) instructional information in text, illustrations, photographs, video, audio including but not

limited to Creative Combination Photography, Creative Studies, all images, illustrations and text.

2. Educational Material License. As long as you comply with the terms of this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), Phillips Lane

grants to you a non-exclusive license to view the educational material for the purposes described in the Documentation, as further set forth

below.

3. You can view the workshop and materials and print them out for your personal use, there is no server use.

4. No distributing of our Photo Photography Workshops and material in any way, shape or form.

5. No returns so be sure before you purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights. The Educational Material and other information are the intellectual property of and are owned by Phillips Lane.

The structure, organization, presentation and information in these Educational Materials are the valuable trade secrets and confidential

information of Phillips Lane. The classes and information are protected by copyright, including without limitation by United States Copyright

Law, international treaty provisions and applicable laws in the country in which it is being used.

7. Transfer. You may not, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, un-bundle and or repackage for distribution or resale, or authorize all or any portion of the

Educational Materials to be copied onto another users computer.

8. General Provisions. If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the

Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

9. Limitation of Liability. In no event will Phillips Lane or its affiliates be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any

consequential, indirect, incidental damages, injuries, or any loss of profits or lost savings due to the use or misuse of the information in the Educational

Materials

10. Any limited time trial offers will expire at the end of the term they are offered for and will not be used after that.

11 . No altering of the files or contents, no derivative works, and no altering information or protection of the Educational Materials.

12. We may adjust this agreement at any time.
